Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. As an appointment-only nail studio, I do not have walk-in clients to fill last-minute openings. When an appointment is canceled with short notice or missed, it leaves a time slot that is often impossible to refill and directly impacts my small business.
To help keep my schedule running smoothly, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-show appointments, may be subject to a cancellation fee.
